Balaji Jagannathan

Co-Founder, Director and CEO.

Balaji Jagannathan is the Co-Founder Director and CEO of Evolvus Solutions. Balaji Jagannathan was a consultant on IT and Banking prior to founding Evolvus Solutions. He has provided technical and management consultancy to top companies in India and Middle East and has helped companies obtain VISA � AIS audit certifications by process implementation.

Balaji started his career in IT industry in 1995, and he went on to head the Retail Banking Products division at LogicaCMG. He has delivered financial inclusion programs for multiple public sector and private sector Indian banks.

He has a Bachelor�s Degree in Science and an MBA from ICFAI University. He is also an active member of PMI Bangalore chapter and a PMP.

Karthik Thenkarai

Co-Founder Director and Head of New Initiatives and Products.

Karthik Thenkarai is Co-Founder Director of Evolvus Solutions. He heads the New Initiatives and Products Division. Karthik has delivered critical Banking implementations such as AML, Risk, Retail Banking, Payments, mobile and Internet solutions. He has delivered NFC smart card based solutions for NXP the leading card manufacturer in the world.

Karthik started his career in IT in the year 1996. He is an expert in AML and Risk solutions. He has delivered many multi-million dollar projects for leading banks in Middle East and Asia.

He has a Bachelor�s Degree in Science.

Prashant Maroli

Co-Founder, Director � Head of Services.

Prashant Maroli is the Co-Founder Director of Evolvus Solutions and heads the Services Division. Prashant Maroli was a leading technical architect who has designed the architecture for many prestigious projects such as Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) for Hong-Kong. He has delivered projects of international significance such as Continuous Linked Settlements for participating banks across continents. These products are implemented at more than 20 client locations across the globe.

Prashant started his career in IT industry in 1996 and he became the lead technical architect for multiple payment products.

He has a Bachelor�s Degree in Science.
